These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of delcidec.com (the "Site"), operated by Delcid Erosion Control LLC ("Delcid," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Any actual work performed by Delcid is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or contract entered into directly with you, which will control over any general information presented on the Site in case of conflict.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina.
